Rye (Secale cereale) is a grass grown extensively as a grain and forage crop. It is a member of the wheat tribe (Triticeae) and is closely related to barley and wheat. Rye grain is used for flour, rye bread, rye beer, vodka and great whiskeys. Here is to a life filled with love, alcohol and clothes on the floor!

Swag Cocktail
I collected some of my loot (yes, all survived unbroken in my luggage) from Tales of the Cocktail and made a nice refreshing cocktail on this sunny hot NYC day. I used my ice spear mold to make a nice tall drink with Summer Edition Beefeater Gin and Sence Rose nectar. This is the same Rose nectar they use in the $21 cocktails at Daniel. But I'll make it for you for fee...if you come over before I run out. And bring more tonic!
Swag Cocktail
2oz Beefeater Summer Edition Gin
2oz Sence Rose Nectar
Fentiman's Tonic Water
3 lime wheels
Pour ingredients over 3 ice spears in a tall Collins glass. Garnish with lime wheels in glass.
