Great Mexican Cocktails

You may think that mexican restautants up to my level use fresh lime and agave in La Femme de Agave's margarita. Yes AND...there is one in the east village that goes above and beyond. The La Diablita at Hecho En Dumbo is a glorious mix of Siembra Azul Blanco, fresh ginger juice, and marachino liqueur with home made cherries. The menu says there is a dash of bitters in there too. But Jack says the new fresh cherries are bitter enough. I always defer to the well tasted bartender and I have tasted this bartender myself.  Go ahead. Take his advice. They know what they are doing here and for that, I am thankful.
